The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crizytime. Any involvement in such activities will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same household device is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee profit is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Data Usage: Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is prohibited.

Crizytime employs advanced technology to operate its anti-fraud systems. Any suspicious activity is automatically detected and investigated.

Crizytime may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances.

• Involvement in violations of the terms and conditions or prohibited activities.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request within the specified timeframe.
• Involvement in fraudulent or suspicious payment activity.
• Engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members or staff.

Upon account closure, any legitimately earned balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned where possible. However, balances will be forfeited if the closure is due to prohibited activity.

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team.

Crizytime believes betting is entertainment — not an addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly and have put in place a range of protective features for their benefit.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: You can set a maximum bet amount for any given period.
• Cooling-Off: A self-exclusion option is available for members who wish to take a break from betting for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: A self-exclusion option is available for extended breaks, and can be set for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.
• Reality Check: Session time reminders are sent at regular intervals.

Crizytime takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management and service improvement.

• Crizytime never sells your personal information to third parties.

• Limited data may be shared to comply with legal obligations or to work with financial institutions.

While Crizytime always strives to provide the best service, limitations of liability apply in certain situations.

• Technical Issues: Crizytime is not liable for any losses caused by server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or technical failures.
• Third-Party Services: crizytime is not responsible for issues arising from payment gateways or other third-party services.
• Force Majeure: crizytime is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• Betting Decisions: Crizytime will not compensate for any betting losses. All betting decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility.

Crizytime's maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount of the member's actual deposit.

Crizytime reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If a member objects to the updated terms, they may request account closure.
• The date of any change will always be noted at the top of the page under "Last Updated".
